REAR PANEL

The DG-Stomp has also been designed for live performances. Consequently, all components have been installed in a sturdy enclosure and the metal jack connectors are firmly fixed to the rear panel by screw-nuts.

The right side of the rear panel features the Input jack equipped with a LOW/HIGH switch in order to match the output level of the guitar in use. Nearby, the Output jacks and the Headphone connector are also available. The rear panel is also equipped with a coaxial S/PDIF digital Output and a jack Input for optional expression pedal connection. The expression pedal can simultaneously control up to eight parameters in real-time. The assigned parameters can be stored in a Patch together with the relevant settings. The expression pedal can also be used as a wah pedal. In this case, it is possible to switch on/off the wah effect by stepping on the pedal itself as working with a traditional wah pedal. Using a FC-7 Yamaha expression pedal , it is possible to adjust the on/off switch effective range for a more convenient operativity. The DG-Stomp is provided with MIDI In/Out ports that allow both remote control by computer (or sequencer) and transmission of Program change and Control change messages as well as User Memory bulk dump for data backup.
