| It
is possible to check the AW4416 currently installed OS version turning
on the AW4416 while holding down the [UTILITY] key. The version number
is displayed on the screen as "Mixer CPU version: 1.XX". Releasing
the [UTILITY] key, the AW4416 continues to start up. YAMAHA recently introduced an operating system upgrade (version 1.1). Here below are listed the available improvements: - CD Import and .WAV Import operations streamlined and sped up - Hard Disk file management improved - Fade Out Timing in "Region" editing improved - Manual Punch Recording completely implemented - Elimination of noise bursts during FF/REW/SHUTTLE and Playback operations. |
